How fast does it arrive?

Do the credits expire?

They’re valid for 12 months from the day they’re redeemed, and never quietly turn into a subscription.

Can it top up an existing membership?

Yes. If they’re already a member, the code just adds credits to their account instead of starting a new one.

What if they don’t use it all?

Credits roll over the same way membership credits do, right up to the 12-month expiry.

Can I get a refund?

Unredeemed codes can be refunded within 14 days. Once it’s been redeemed into credits, it’s theirs to spend.
